The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) Ahmedabad has released a recruitment notification for the position of Chief Executive Officer for BioNEST, NIPER-A. This is a temporary, contractual role, with a fixed salary of ₹1,00,000 per month. The CEO will be responsible for leading the BioNEST initiative, a biopharma incubation center.

| Salary | Rs. 1,00,000/- per month fixed. Consolidated emoluments are indicative and shall be decided by the Selection Committee for the selected candidate based on relevant experience and qualification. No other perks or allowances are admissible. |
| Qualification | Essential: Bachelor degree in science/engineering/medicine/pharmacy or its equivalent; at least one diploma or degree course/certificate in management; minimum 3 years of experience in start-up incubators or related field. Desirable: Good communication, managerial and leadership skills; good drafting and noting skills; conversant with official procedures and capable of writing grant proposal; experience in organizing seminars, training programs, workshops and high-level meetings. |
| Age Limit | The candidate must not exceed 45 years on the last date of application. Age may be relaxed for experienced and well qualified candidates. |
