National Council for Promotion of Sindhi Language (NCPSL) ने Director पद के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। यह पद संस्थान के प्रशासनिक, शैक्षणिक और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का नेतृत्व करते हुए सिंधी भाषा एवं साहित्य के संवर्धन के लिए रणनीति बनाने और क्रियान्वयन की जिम्मेदारी निभाएगा। नियुक्ति Deputation / Contract आधार पर की जाएगी।

Important Dates

विज्ञापन / सर्कुलर दिनांक: लगभग 22-11-2025 | आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि: विज्ञापन प्रकाशित होने के 30 दिन के भीतर (21-12-2025 के आसपास)।

Age Limit

विज्ञापन वर्ष के 1 जनवरी को अधिकतम आयु 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। Deputation / Contract की शर्तें केंद्र सरकार के लागू नियमों के अनुसार होंगी।

Qualification

Sindhi Language / Literature में Master's Degree या Linguistics में Master's Degree के साथ Sindhi भाषा का उत्कृष्ट ज्ञान (कम से कम 55% अंक), साथ ही यदि Ph.D. नहीं है तो सिंधी में मान्य शोध / साहित्यिक कार्य आवश्यक। Ph.D. in Sindhi या Linguistics (Sindhi knowledge सहित) वांछनीय। संबंधित क्षेत्र/संस्था में प्रबंधकीय अनुभव अनिवार्य है।

Selection Process

प्राप्त आवेदनों की स्क्रीनिंग के बाद एक चयन समिति द्वारा साक्षात्कार आयोजित किया जाएगा। चयन समिति शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियों, प्रशासनिक अनुभव और प्रस्तुत विज़न के आधार पर उम्मीदवार का चयन करेगी।
